Refund and Returns Policy

Returns Process and Terms:
Items must be returned within 14* days for any refunds, a credit for the full amount less Shipping & Handling charges will be processed. Depending on reasons for the return a 25% restocking fee may be charged. If returned 15-30* days after your purchase, if items are unused and in original package with all tags still attached, a store credit may be issued; unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange after 30 days.

*IMPORTANT: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, in original condition. If shoes were shipped, DO NOT PLACE A SHIPPING LABEL ON THE SHOE BOX – YOU MUST RETURN THE SHOE BOX INSIDE A SHIPPING BOX! Pay all shipping and Insurance fees with your return after receiving a Return Authorization Number (RA#) from the Plaid Racquet & More system.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. ALL Personalized and special order products are not returnable.

Additional non-returnable non-refundable items:

  • Gift Certificates – Expire 1 year from issue and are NON-REFUNDABLE.
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

To submit a return you must have an RA# (Return Authorization Number) then in order to complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer unless specifically asked to do so after discussing a return and RA# with our staff. Damaged Racquets that you deem defective have a one year warranty and we will help you process a claim with the manufacturer and box your racquet then ship the racquet (for the Shipping/Handling Cost of $12.00). A warranty claim on a racquet may take up to six weeks for a decision.

Refunds (if applicable):
Once your RA# has been issued and the return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. After a Refund transaction is processed it may take 7-10 days for you provider to credit monies to your account. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, it is possible that the credit may not appear on your statement until one-two billing cycles due to time of issuance and processing by the financial institutions below.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable):

  1. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  2. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale Items (if applicable):
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable):
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at store@PRmore.com and after being issued a RA# send your item to: Plaid Racquet & More 8962 Quioccasin Road, Richmond VA 23229
Gifts:
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

SMS Messaging (Texts): We offer the ability to receive information by Text Messaging. Please select and approve receving text messages from us regarding orders, product information and notice that your racquet(s) are ready for pickup at one of our stores. We do not send out marketing information or share this information with any third-parties who are not affiliated with our companies.

Shipping:
To return your product after the Return Authorization number has been issued, pay for shipping and mail your product(s) to this address and please read the procedure below: 9942 Midlothian Turnpike, Richmond VA 23235. Items returned without a RA# will not be processed and may be refused due to tracking issues.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping by enclosed return label or call tag will be deducted from your refund. Do Not remove labels and do not place any stickers on shoe boxes, shoe boxes must be shipped with inside another box.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you; may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service (UPS. FedEx, USPS Priority and purchasing additional shipping insurance. We are unable and don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
